✤  Easy Return & Exchange Policy
- Please send images of your item/s prior to shipping for approval
- Item/s must be packaged in the original box & confirm with us 
   before shipping the package. 
- If a package is shipped without without prior approval, buyer is 
  responsible for the package and it's contents. 
- Buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. However, in 
   some cases, we provide a return shipping label at our discretion.  
- Returns are not accepted after the 21 day policy time frame.  In 
  some cases, we do offer an exchange subject to approval.  Any 
  request to return more than 21 days after the delivery date is 
  entitled to repair only for a fee.  
- Upon inspection of the returned item, should any damage or 
  differences be evident, the buyer shall be responsible for any costs 
  associated with said damage and will be deducted from the refund 
  amount.
- We are not liable for returns with shippers that do not update 
   tracking daily, shipments delayed at customs or if tracking 
   indicates the same status for an extended period.  
- Items purchased with an offer or discount code/coupon are not 
   eligible for the Easy Returns and Exchange Policy.

- All returns are inspected and processed within 7 days of receipt of 
   the item.
- Upon inspection of the returned item and approval of refund, it 
  may take up to 72 hours to receive the refund. 

✤ The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: 
     -Custom or personalized-engraved orders
     -Rings larger than 9 US or smaller than 3 US
     -Full eternity band 

✤ Returns | Exchanges | Cancels due to non-quality issues will be 
    subject to approval and a fee assessed based the order amount.

 ✤ Condition 
 The returned product should be in new condition; damaged or worn 
 products will not be accepted under the Easy Returns and 
 Exchange Policy.


✤ 𝐒𝐡𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠:
- Standard Shipping through UPS,  USPS, Aramex-15-20 business 
  days from India. 
- Express Shipping -  7-10 days $30 fee applies
- We provide a carrier tracking number with each order which 
   updates daily.  It is the buyer's responsibility to track shipped item.  
   Should any issues arise with the shipment, it is the buyer's 
   responsibility to communicate with the shipper. using the 
   provided tracking details.  We cannot be held responsible for lost 
   or stolen packages provided we have shipped the item/s to the 
   address provided in the order. 
- Address changes are accepted based on approval only and prior to 
  shipping. Please contact us to discuss.

✤ 𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐧 (Layaway) :
We offer a flexible payment plan, allowing you to pay in (3) installments.  This layaway payment plan is valid for 60 days.

- Initial installment of 30% of the total order is due to begin the CAD 
  mock-up and basic diamond-making process. 
- Second 30% installment is due upon buyer approval of the CAD 
   model to initiate the production process. 
- The final 40% balance is due prior to shipping.  

✤ 𝐅𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐚𝐯𝐢𝐧𝐠:
Our complimentary engraving service allows you to personalize your jewelry with a meaningful inscription. Additional charge assessed for special fonts and symbols.

✤ 𝟑𝟎-𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐖𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐲 𝐓𝐢𝐦𝐞 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐨𝐝:
Our jewelry comes with a 30-day warranty, shop with confidence knowing that your purchase is protected.  
-The warranty covers manufacturing defects. Should you encounter 
  any issues with your jewelry within the first 30 days of purchase, 
  please contact us to discuss repair or replacement. 

✤  Custom Orders

-Items that have been customized or engraved are not eligible for return or 
 exchange.  Please note that customized minor changes (e.g. ring size, 
 engraving) is still considered a custom order.  
-Should buyer wish upgrade, revise or repair, please contact us 
  immediately.
